Cat & Pavel have been putting the XStrap, Back Strap & Vesties through some serious stress testing 🥵 Here are some Behind The Scenes shots from the next few videos we are working on. They show how the mic rigs behave and sound when used while playing basketball & furiously running around + exercising. Im glad to report that they sounded pretty good actually 😅 Our first video in this series was posted the other day with @catarina.forte & Pavel (@sound_and_fly) messing around in a local Skate Park with X Straps. Some Advice For Cleaning 💩 Off Cables. Simon from URSA shares some tips for getting rid of nasty bits of sticky tape residue from cables. These can build up over time and cause cables to create noise on costumes & if cleaned off with Label Remover you may end up ruining your lovely malliable cables. So here are Simons thoughts on the matter. Do you agree? He is probably wrong about most of this so please let us know what you do in the comments 😅

Introducing Beige & Brown Foamies! 💖 We are thrilled to announce two New Skin Tone colours to our range of Mini & Regular Foamies. Now included in all packs of Foamies are 4x small safety pins which can be really useful for sticky tape free rigging (like in the second picture). Try it out, they can be really effective as they allow the Foamie to move with the movement of fabric. We also recommend cutting Foamies in half and sticking down the mic cable behind the Foamie (like in the third picture in the gallery). This allows the Foamie to be rigged in place without needing to apply sticky tape to the body of the Foamie (they don’t really like that). On skin this rig will reduce the sound of heart beats which you may otherwise hear if the mic is stuck firmly to the body. Please comment below & let us onow what you think 👍
