Questions we get asked
Will it fit my transmitter?
The Small Pouch suits Lectrosonics SMDB, Zaxcom TRX and Wisycom MTP40 sized transmitters. The Big Pouch fits taller transmitters such as the Sound Devices A20s, and small transmitters also fit a Big Pouch. Thigh and ankle straps are only sold with a Big Pouch.
How do I wash URSA straps?
URSA straps are machine washable. Connect the gripper on the straps first, use a short wash at 40 to 60 degrees C, then hang to air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
How fast is delivery?
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes about 1 to 3 business days in the UK, 2 to 5 in Europe and 7 to 14 elsewhere. These are estimates and can vary with the carrier.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. Email orders@ursastraps.com with your order number first, as items sent back without a return request are not accepted.
