We want you to be fully satisfied with your URSA purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving them.

  • To start a return, please contact us at orders@ursastraps.com with your order number.

  • Returns should be sent to:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Exchanges

If you need a different item, the quickest way is to return the original and place a new order once your return has been approved.


Refunds

  • We operate on a 'no quibble' policy - if you are not happy with the product you will refund your purchase. 

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at orders@ursastraps.com.


EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal-use items (e.g. lavalier microphone covers that have been opened/used) cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
